BEFORE USE

Make sure all straps are as long as possible, as the bra is more supportive the lower it sits. At the same time, you should fasten the hook closures on the outermost, and only after you have used it many times, should you start to fasten it tighter. It may be advantageous for you, that the first few times you fasten the top hook closure before putting it on, so it does not cause you too many problems from the start.

Size guide for Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Bra

The circumference of this bra is VERY tight, which means that most people go up a size in this model compared to the size they normally wear in bra circumference.
At the same time, the cup size is also on the smaller side, and therefore we recommend that you go up a size if you are between two sizes.
Please note that this bra is primarily made for well-trained runners looking for a good sports bra with seamless inner cups, racerback, and tight design. If you have a heavy bust orIf you have a bit extra on the sides, you might prefer one of Shock Absorber’s other sports bras with maximum support. If you have a large bust, we recommend that instead of the Ultimate Run Bra, choose the Active Multisports Support Bra from Shock Absorber.
Use Shock Absorber’s size chart to find the right size. If, for example, you measure 76 cm under the bust, then take a size 80, and if you measure 97 cm around the bust, then take a D-cup. In short, always round up if you are between two sizes.
