Saucony Hurricane 22 is the top range model by Saucony for the moderately pronating runner. The Hurricane 22 has been updated a lot in the midsole, so that it now provides even more suspension and return energy than its predecessor without the runner losing any control or feel for the surface.

Saucony Hurricane 22 has a FORMFIT sole, which is an orthopedically shaped sole, providing your foot with the optimal support at the arch.

UPDATES FOR THE SAUCONY HURRICANE 22

Saucony Hurricane 22 has, compared to the predecessor Hurricane ISO 5, a midsole consisting of PWRRUN+ foam. The PWRRUN+ foam is 25 % lighter than the Everrun material that was used earlier. This has not compromised the comfort, as it is still top notch.

The heelcap of the Hurricane 22 has also been updated, so that it now provides an even better grip of your Achilles tendon. The heel now has a rounder end to let you execute your steps in a better way.

PWRRUN+ MIDSOLE

The Saucony Hurricane 22 midsole consists of PWRRUN+ foam. The PWRRUN+ foam is 25 % lighter than the Everrun material that was used earlier. This has not compromised how comfortable it is, however, as it is still top notch. The energy generate during the landing phase helps “push” you toward your next step.

CRYSTAL RUBBER OUTSOLE

Saucony uses a durable Crystal Rubber outsole, making the Hurricane 22 last for many miles. The zig-zag patterned sole ensures a skid proof toe-off.

FORMFIT

The FORMFIT technology has been improved, so that the Hurricane 22 is the most comfortable and well-fitting Hurricane to date. The new FORMFIT technology is designed with an orthopedically correct shape, following the natural shape of one’s foot and thereby helping you get the perfect support around the arch of your foot.
