Upper
The upper of the Saucony Guide 14 is made from a new and seamless material to ensure the shoe fits better around the foot, compared to before.
At the same time, this new material helps with greater breathability to keep your feet dry and comfortable on every run.
Midsole
The midsole of the Guide 14 is made with Saucony’s popular PWRRUN material, which gives a soft but yet responsive shock-absorption for every step you take.
Also, this material guarantees a great shock-absorption while delivering good comfort and speed in the rolling-action of your feet.
The Guide 14 is designed with a dynamic pronation wedge on the inside of the foot to prevent pronation.
Outsole
The outsole of the shoe is designed with a thinner material, compared to the previous version. This does not make it less durable, however.
This allows more room for the shock-absorbing material without affecting the total weight of the shoe.
