Saucony Ride 18 is a neutral volume training shoe that in this version has received a significant quality boost from its predecessor. Ride 18 is a straightforward, energetic, and lightweight volume training shoe that has been pampered with PWRRUN+ foam in the midsole, previously in Triumph 20 and 21, elevating the shoe to an unprecedented high level. Ride 18 has an 8mm heel drop, in a lightweight package. The upper is made of breathable mesh, with some extra large holes on the side for airflow. The outsole is made of XT-900 which has been very successful on many of Saucony’s other running shoes.
