PULSAR was designed for Killian Jornet to break some of the most iconic track records and the shoe uses groundbreaking technology from Salomons legendary S/LAB. When Killian asked for a shoe to run fast on trail, Salomon´s product development team took up the challenge and produced an ultra light, detailed and dynamic shoe weighing only 
170 gram. With a soft sock-like fit, improved breathable Matryx-mesh as well as new strategic cushioning, you will feel like you are flying in Pulsar.

Upper

The Pulsar upper is produced in a dense mesh material keeping dirt from penetrating. Its designed in Matryx, which is a patented upper technology material with interwoven aramidfibres contributing to providing pleasant and efficient support around your foot. 

Midsole

Pulsar is designed with a midsole in Energy Surge-material, which is light and responsive foam engineered by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC) to provide durable cushioning as well as bouncy return energy. 

Outsole

Pulsar is engineered with a Contagrip MA outsole built for a wide selection of different surfaces. This material balances both geometry and rubber mixture to provide a great grip and extended durability on wet, dry, hard or soft surfaces.
