Connect a wireless headset with bluetooth and you are ready to run without thinking about cables and storing your smartphone.
Transfer MP3 files or offline playlists from Spotify Premium and Deezer Premium wirelessly with Wi-Fi or cable.

With the Forerunner 255, you can receive notifications, calls, today’s calendar and weather reports and much more, as long as the watch is connected to your smartphone via bluetooth.
ADVANCED SLEEP REGISTRATION INCLUDING HRV STATUS
The Garmin Forerunner 255 measures your sleep rhythm and measures via the accelerometer, Garmin Elevate and the Pulse Ox sensor how you move during the night, as well as how incredibly you lie.
