Measurements:

Measure the circumference of the widest point of your calf to find the right size: 

Women:

• Circumference: 25-31cm = Str. II
• Circumference: 32-38cm = Str. III
• Circumference: 39-44cm = Str. IV

Men:

• Circumference: 32-38cm = Str. III
• Circumference: 39-44cm = Str. IV
• Circumference: 45-50cm = Str. V

If you don´t fit into the size category for women, it might be necessary to choose from the category for men. 

Fabric and washing:

• 79% Polyamide, 21% Elastane
• Wash at 40 degrees (Gentle)
• Must be tumbled at low heat
