The adidas Adizero Avanti TYO is a lightning fast spike shoe made for 5000m and 10,000m track races. adidas have taken their fastest technologies from their road shoes and transferred them to the track. You get Lightstrike Pro foam and EnergyRods and of course you also get a spike plate. The spikes are removable so you can replace them if they wear out. The upper part is made of a minimalist mesh that holds well on the foot and provides good breathability.
